This B2B SaaS platform was generating almost no organic leads despite operating in a category with high search volume. They had invested in content marketing but had created dozens of disconnected blog posts targeting informational keywords with no commercial intent alignment.
Our Approach
We completely restructured their content strategy around commercial intent. We mapped every keyword in their category to the appropriate funnel stage and built a topical authority framework that connected their most valuable commercial terms to supporting cluster content.
The existing content was audited — approximately 60% was consolidated, redirected, or significantly enhanced. New content was created to fill gaps in the topical map, with a focus on comparison, alternative, and best-of pages that attract high-intent buyers.
The Results
Organic traffic grew 410% over 12 months. More importantly, organic became the #1 source of qualified pipeline, generating 4.2x more marketing-qualified leads than before. The platform now holds page 1 rankings for 89 commercial keywords, including several high-competition terms dominated by major competitors.
